So what the tensioner does is zips your seatbelt tight in a car accident, a tiny explosion actually, but a new unit I just read is about $250-$300 unfortunately, but I would first take off the plastic trim around it to see if there what the ground wire looks like, could be cut or something

Hi mate the airbag warning light is just to say that it is deactivated because of a fault so it's not dangerous it just means they are not working that's all the light is for

I had the same problem and it was an airbag scrim the cover was replaced on the steering wheel where the scrim was and problem sorted.

Intermittent No Start / Rough Start and or crank

Have a 2012 VW Passat TDI SE with 194k miles on it. I just ran into another issue with it not wanting to start with the DPF light and flashing glow plug light only on while turning over the engine. When it does want to start after 5 or 6 tries, the lights go away. And sometimes it will start and then immediately die, or it will start and drive with no issues, or it will not start at all and just keep turning over. Speed sensor lights in dash

Volkswagen Passat 2012 2.5 350000 miles

I changed my brake rotors and pads ever since then my car shows ABS lights, TPMS and Airbag lights on my dash. When i scanned with OBD scanner it shows rear right speed sensor fault so i changed it with a brand new one directly from VW and the lights are still on. Anyone have any clue on how to fix it? Please help

Sr is seized up

Out of the blue, the car would not start the dashboard red brake failure service immediately. After that red airbag failure service immediately. Brakes are hard like they’ve been taking over.
