The best:The car itself is sporty looking and fun to drive....when its not broken
The worst:its broken often. radiator. spark plugs. codes codes codes. and i understand cars need maintenance but it is not easy to get to these broken parts.
The best:Reliability, I have 110,000 miles. I'm on my 2nd set of tires, never had to change brakes, zero mechanical issues, gets around 30 mpg and pretty peppy for a turbo 4 cylinder.

The worst:1. Incomplete information before the sale. (They did not tell me before the sale that there was no navigation. They said it would be installed at a later date...)
2. There is no navigation, you cannot access any information on the screen with navigation.
3. There is no compass, you cannot see the direction.
4. It takes a lot of force to turn the steering wheel. My wife cannot use it.
5. The steering wheel is very heavy.
6. We have phones that do not support Google. We cannot use Android Auto.
7. A completely technologically disabled Volkswagen...:(
8. This is the first time I bought a VW, I will not buy it again...
EMERGENCY CALL IS NOT ACTIVE... THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS
The worst:I had many problems. 1) the injectors failed at 10k km. 2) although DSG transmission clutch failed at 50k km. 3) piston ring broke at 59k km. 4) mechatronic unit failed at 90k km.....
The best:Interior space and comfort, strong engine, smooth dsg gearbox, decent looks
The worst:No saloon hatch version like Skoda Supreme or Octavia, discontinued production except for very expensive estate that looks like a Golf estate
The best:The driving experience of the car is great, the stearing is light and acurate, the 2.0 tdi is capable reaching great speeds nothing big but great, generaly the car is great
The worst:Its a passat, there isnt wrong with it ;)
The worst:Failed 1st MOT needed both front wheel bearings replacing at 18k miles. Now it’s at 24k and all brake discs need replacing. Poor quality parts, very disappointed in VW and this is the 6th and last VW I’ve owned.
