Took my car to the dealer for an oil change and a new battery. I was told the battery did not fix my problem that it was my starter. This car is not even 3 years old. After looking on line this is clearly an issue with alot of Accords. Honda should be held responsible!!!!!!

This is the fourth time that i have brought my vehicle to the dealer to be inspected. I finally got my car inspected a third time after contacting honda corporate. The steering wheel had to be reset. However, the vehicle still does not drive straight. After an alignment and the steering wheel reset, the vehicle still pulls to the right. Within 2 weeks of purchasing a new honda i experienced a 2 to 3 second hesitation problem when trying to accelerate from low speeds. The first time it happened i was on a green light turning left, so i had to yield to oncoming traffic. I had slowed down to about 3 or 4 mph but tried to accelerate once the way was clear only to find that i had no power! i then pressed the accelerator all the way to the floor but nothing happened. I bought my 2009 honda accord lx on december 30, 2008. Less than a month after that, my brakes started making a horrific squeaking sound every time i applied pressure to them. It does not matter if i tap them lightly or i push down hard; the brakes still make terrible noises. I took my car in to the honda dealership twice for an oil change and once for the brake sounds. I get a whining noise every time I start my car and during a low speed what is the cause of this? Do not have that problem with my other Honda EX 2004. I seem to have more problems with the LX then the old one kind of wondering if I will purchase another again.

Purchased vehicle 5/8/2014. Driving home and i called my husband and stated that the car sounded like crap--wasnt shifting correctly and just had a horrible sound coming from engine. He stated we will check oil and transmission fluid when you get home. To find no oil or transmission on either. I purchased a new 2013 honda accord sport (cvt) in 2013. As of october 6, 2015, the car is about 2 years old and has approximately 37,447 miles. The vehicle started having intermittent starting problems. The engine does not crank and all i hear are clicks. It takes 3-5 ignition attempts for the vehicle to start. The washer pump isn't working it's a new one maybe 6 months old or so but checked fuse it's good

All 3 of my brake lights went out at the same time. I thought it was the fuse, so I opened the fuse box under the hood and pulled fuse #10, a 20A fuse, but that didn't fix it. So I replaced the ABS switch attached to the brake pedal. That didn't fix it either, plus now my car won't shift into gear, and the VSA indicator light on the dash is lit. It's very unlikely that all 3 brake lamps would all die together, correct? O, and I checked the old 20A fuse I replaced (just curious) and it wasn't even blown. I don't know what to do.

Would love some help. So firstly my car is getting a loud internal noise when I'm driving it almost sounds like a jet engine about to take off. Now the vibration occurs between 70-80km/hr so thinking I may need to replace drive shafts as this is a common problem but the loud internal noise is bugging me most. I've thought of wheel bearings and wear of the tyres. I have a sports tyre on and do a lot of distance travel. They are only 12 months old still plenty of tread. Just had an alignment two months ago. Has anyone experienced this internal noise and would it be related to drive shaft?????

Window tab failure. While in motion on surface streets driver�s side automatic window would not roll up or down. Driver lightly pushed on window to try to jostle the window loose. Window then collapsed into door well. Window was subsequently stuck in the door well. Driver was expectantly exposed to elements and unable to manipulate window up or down. Vehicle is 3 years old with 59,044 miles. Honda automotive shop identified that the window came unglued from the tags holding it in place. Honda shop identified that they have never seen this on a car this new, may be common for a 20-30 year old car but not for a honda this new.

My car surges while driving occasionally and surges while stopped. I was sitting at a stop sign waiting on traffic to pass by and my car surged so hard that it pushed it out a couple inches. I took it to the dealership but they can not find anything wrong. Read other complaints here and my car isn't the only one doing this. I have a 3 year old and no longer feel safe in my car.

Since delivery date of vehicle from dealer my vehicles navigation and stereo have not worked. I brought it in the service dept could not figure out what was wrong, they replaced the navigation and stereo and the problem still to this day exist. While traveling southbound on rt. 95 in delaware, the sunroof spontaneously shattered on my three month old 2015 honda accord. The sound was similar to a loud gun shot, followed by a crackling noise. The driver and passengers in my car did not see or hear anything hit the car roof, and none of the surrounding vehicles took any action that would have suggested something had fallen out of the sky. I have a honda accord 2013 (just 2 years old) with 59209 miles on it. Car sometimes clicks and will not start. Sometime it will start after about 5 to 10 tries, or waiting for a while. Sometimes the car starts fine on the first try. I talked to honda of america on 7/20/2015 and they said it might be the starter or ignition going bad and should be covered under the 5 year/60k power train warranty. The headrests cause nevk pain. The headrests push your head forward in an unnatural way almost pushing your chin into your chest. I started having neckpain shortly after purchasing. So intense it went down my arm and caused numbess in my fingers. Spent serval days goung to doctors and mris injections etc. This summer my 13 tear old started complaining. We noticed when switching to my summer 35z the pain got better and returned when driving the honda. The seats are also part of the issue i noticed after 15 minutes of driving hard to get comfortable. When driving the 2013 honda accord this morning at 60 mph for several miles, the power steering problem light lit on the dash and immediately lost all power to turn the steering. After another mile or so, and barely being able to turn the vehicle, the car was turned off and then back on. This must have reset the component as the light was off and steering was back to normal. For a week the lights on the dashboard showed that there was a problem with the abs brakes & traction device flashing and so we took it in to honda to have them find out why. The first time it was a sunday afternoon (may 31th) and the fellow said it was a computer glitz and he reset the computer. Honda a/c condenser prone to damage from road debris in december 2014 i purchased a new 2015 honda accord. On july 9, 2015 my air conditioner stopped working. I live in florida where the summer is extremely hot making even the shortest of trips very uncomfortable. In 2012 (25kmi - two year old vehicle) required brake pad replacement. 2015 (55k mi required replacement of rear brake pads, rotors. It was taken in for excessive heat and non-stop squeaking. Two months later, again, excessive heat (too hot to touch rim). Took back to repair shop and they had to replace calipers.

I bought this 2012 honda accord in late september 2014. In october, just a few short weeks later, my ac stopped cooling. I took it to a local mechanic and found there was a hole in the ac dryer. How exactly does a 2 year old car already have ac issues? after doing some research, apparently this is a design flaw because rocks can fly up in it and cause the hole. Honda will not cover the $800+ expense. Completely unacceptable. I owned a nissan for over 5 years and never once had an issue or repair that was more than $200. Extremely disappointed in honda and will not purchase another.

Upon being handed the keys to my brand new 2014 honda accord i noticed a lot of scratches near the doors. I thought it odd since it's a keyless entry car. We smelled fuel when driving to church on a sunday. Thinking it was some leftover fuel splashed, we continued but then the smell became really intense. So we turned around and returned toward home. 05/25/14 while backing the vehicle out of my drive way i noticed the a thumping sound and a jerking from the vehicle which caused great alarm from me. I called the dealer and they told me to bring it in. I turned my vehicle on and had no power steering. The power steering light was on, indicating that there was a problem. I was able to drive it to the dealer where they told me the power steering torque had gone bad. To repair the vehicle, i would need to have the power steering rack replaced - over $2k! although my vehicle is less than 2 years old, i have passed the 35k mile warranty. This is a pretty painful bill to be forced to pay with such a new car!! why is this not recalled if so many are having issues with this?!!
