Turn on radio it comes on but no music turn volume up n down n nothing it goes from from 0 to 40 but no sound

All my dashboard lights stay on as soon as I turn the switch,they come on..., As soon as I crank it, they stay on and none of them cut off at all..., While I'm driving it, they all still stayed lit up…
