A friend of mine took his ford in for an oil change and they destroyed his turbo charge system and then tried to tell him that it was not their fault. He ended up getting a new truck. File a claim against the company after getting a trusted mech to tell you what went wrong

Oil change

Ford F-150 2008  116 miles
My truck got an oil change, and they used thin oil, and the enging started vibrating really badly. I took it to the mechanic and he said I should use thicker oil, and they changed it. It worked somewhat alright. But after I drive 6 miles and make a stop, the engine starts vibrating badly again, and I have to leave it to cool down for 30 minutes. They told me to change the timing belt, but I did it and it still does the same

Starting system fault no start

Ford F-150 2011 3.5L ecoboost 120000 miles
Put key in ignition and have power for dash etc but when try to start nothing happens. No crank at all. Starting system fault shows up,as well as advanced trac, brake system and oil change warning. The latter codes randomly showed up one day when driving. The starting system fault appeared when just sitting , not running, while trying to charge old battery. The battery said full and I tried starting it and fault appeared. Both factory keys/ fob do the same. I have a new battery ( did it on old battery too) I have tried disconnecting/ reconnecting battery. Have checked the fuses interior and in power distribution box as well as the ignition relay. Have made sure the connection in the inside fuse box is good. I have run out of things to check. Could it be pcm relay?

Intermittent no crank no start. 2011 f250 4x4. Changed starter, positive battery/starter cable, ignition switch, battery. Seems like when I disconnect starter cables and hook em back up is when it starts.

Oil consumption

Ford F-150 2019 Pickup 125000 miles
5 L V8. Consumes excessive oil. Particularly when driving in mountains and using engine braking on decents. I have ended up down 5 quarts within 5,000 miles of an oil change and being full pwr spec. Using Motorcraft oil. Ford says this is normal.
Problem first noted at 90K miles while still under warranty.

Even if it’s a supercharged motor it should never consume that much oil. I have a 2020 Raptor and a 2005 f-150 with a 5.4L and neither comsume much oil at all and my raptor is modded out with a huge tune to where I’m getting like 650-700whp and it barely coonsumes any oil with the AOS system I have on it and 5.4l is tuned as well and doesn’t burn more than a quarter of a quart in 3000 miles as that’s my change time. So no you’ve got some issue that needs you to crawl under your rig and look for any signs of oil sheen or it happens when you get on it and you don’t see the cloud behind you which means bad rings or a bent valve stem just enough to let inkling go by it but you can pull your plugs and see which is the dirtiest of them all easily.

I have had the exact same issue on my 2018 3.5 ecoboost. I read codes, took it to Ford, then took it to another mechanic after Ford couldn't figure it out. Still have the same issue. The second mechanic shop said it was a condensation build up on the drivers side of the intercooler, so they drilled a hole to let it drain, but didn't make a difference. I cannot tow, and cannot accelerate more than say ~80% without sputtering and complete loss of power.

Noise in engine bay, oil pressure light on dash

Ford F-150 2012 Platinum 4 door 4x4 short bed 3.5 ecoboost turbo  106000 miles
Just about everytime you turn the truck off this loud noise like pressure trying to escape, its not the IWC (tested an passed) and I did replace the oil pressure switch but light remains on, does seem like the oil has a faint fuel smell. It doesn't have a Ford oil filter (ive read that could cause issues with this motor) but I did get a oil change because process of elimination with some of the diag ive done. I haven't checked the pcv value or test the fuel thing on the driver value cover yet or ac and alt. But does seem like the noise is up top

Overheating

Ford F-150 2003 5.4L v8 232000 miles
My truck is leaking tons of coolant and my radiator is fine and my water pump seems to be working as it should. I think it’s the head gasket but not seeing any signs. My mechanic screwed me over when he was working on it and when he did an oil change and there was no oil in it not sure what to do.
