When I rev it has to pop on the exhaust

My VW hatchback consumes a lot of oil; I have to add a liter roughly every 1,500–2,000 km. The mechanics can't find the problem. There’s no oil under the car, the engine block is clean on the outside, and there are no signs of oil burning in the exhaust fumes. The mechanics suggested removing the engine block to check if any of the seals are leaking, but the estimated cost is €9,000. Simply topping up the oil is more cost-effective in the long run. Does anyone have any ideas?

When I have to start it in cold, it takes 10 to 15 or 20 seconds to start it. Also lately the consumption is a little more than it used to be. I think it expels more gas from the exhaust (white/gray) than the usual and the rear windshield gets more dusty (from diesel gas i guess). And at low revolutions, without touching anything the revs are a little irregular. Can anyone help? It's usual? Have this happened to anyone? Thanks.

I need suggestions or support. My car consume a lot of water 1,5 litres for 500 km. Sometime it powers on even the fan when is very hot. There are signs of water even from the exhaust of the car and sometimes the is even white smoke that comes outside.
The technician couldn’t isolate the issue and recommended a Volkswagen dealership repair station. Does anyone have had the same issue or have any suggestion?

I drive a 2006 Volkswagen Golf 1.9 TDI with around 220,000 km.

Recently, I noticed two issues:

1. A blowing or whistling sound when accelerating and decelerating, which seems to come from underneath the car, possibly around the exhaust line or turbo.
2. A metallic rattling or ticking noise, especially noticeable at low RPMs.
Both noises are more noticeable when the engine is cold, but sometimes persist when hot. I haven’t experienced any significant power loss, and nothing shows up on the diagnostic scan (OBD/valise).
Could this be due to a leak in the exhaust system, a loose or damaged hose, turbo issues, or maybe injectors or valve lifters?

Bonjour a chaque accélération j'ai ma voiture qui a le liquide de refroidissement qui monte en pression dou cela pourrez venir ? J'ai déjà fait pompe a eau 3 fois vanne egr une petite pompe qui fait le circuit automatique du liquide plus une parti du faisceau mais le problème persiste merci de votre aide
