In my 2014 Model VW Golf 7, I get a 'Low Coolant Level' warning when I reach speeds of 130-140 km/h. When I check the expansion tank, I see that the water level is below the MIN line. However, when I look at the temperature gauge, I observe that it remains stable at 90 degrees, and the fan does not turn on. White smoke when I put it in reverse.

I need suggestions or support. My car consume a lot of water 1,5 litres for 500 km. Sometime it powers on even the fan when is very hot. There are signs of water even from the exhaust of the car and sometimes the is even white smoke that comes outside.
The technician couldn’t isolate the issue and recommended a Volkswagen dealership repair station. Does anyone have had the same issue or have any suggestion?
