Car whistle after engine is off

After I shut car off it makes a quiet whistling humming and whirring noise like a tiny motor or like a CD player makes when spinning the disc. It doesn't fade or stop either

Whenever i turned on A/C or heater i felt some kind of whistle sound coming from inside and this only happened if i turned on A/c or heater.

Resolvi o meu problema...o prob3lma estava no som do carro.
Eu tinha instalado uma multimidia ela estava pegando uma corrente residual e amplificando.
Eu comprei uma adaptador de RCA e (filtro antiruido) pgluguei direto no chicote da mumtimidia.
