Hello, I’m experiencing a no-start issue with my 2014 Suzuki Swift. The vehicle has no crank, no clicking, and no dashboard illumination, except for the key-not-detected indicator. A diagnostic scan returned DTC B1162. Based on this, the steering lock (ESL / power steering lock) was suspected. I recently took the car for a service and a battery change. I noticed that when nthey binstalled the battery they did not place a backup supply on the OBD port as everything had zero'd, clock radio etc etc. The guy said thats only needed on start stop vehicles. ( i am not stupid ). The AC of my car doesn't work and the fan keeps running loudly. I gave it for service at the authorized service station and the mechanic said that the AC heater core is damaged. The thin aluminum box is broken and the coolant is dripping inside the car hence the fan is running continuously to cool down the engine. The cost for replacement is estimated to be INR 9000. Is there a way we can get it at cheaper price?
