Loss of power, warning lights on dash appearing ie, abs breaking, eps,battery light just stayed on etc pulled over and it sounds like the battery is flat but it's new.

Just got my 2017 and after 2 weeks had the same issue-warning lights on whilst driving, no indicators, brake lights, central locking but car running fine. Left overnight and all was ok. Happened again yesterday but the car had been sat in the sun and when I came back to it all the same issues, any ideas?

I found that it was because my car wasn't getting enough power from the battery. Check ur negative and positive terminals aren't cracked on the undersides and that ur earthing cable has no build up on each end.

Car doesn't seem to hold enough charge to start recently. Feels like flat batter. ,eps and abs light come on,power steering goes stiff until it's running for a min or so. Does go if jump started or push Started. Its embarrassing as fk. Something is draining the battery or not holding charge...no so swift eh.

I am have the same problem on my 2008 swift. Put in new alternator and charged battery and cleaned earth from battery to body.
I have had the exact same issue since I purchased my 2011 Suzuki Swift New.

After some time looking at the battery,re-earthing the negative leads,terminals and the terminal leads I discovered my negative terminal had split completely in half on the underside so I replaced the negative terminal with a led one and that fixed the problem.

I’m experiencing a no-start issue with my 2014 Suzuki Swift. The vehicle has no crank, no clicking, and no dashboard illumination, except for the key-not-detected indicator. A diagnostic scan returned DTC B1162. Based on this, the steering lock (ESL / power steering lock) was suspected. We have replaced and programmed three known-good steering lock units, but the fault remains. The steering wheel stays locked and there is no sound or actuation from the steering lock assembly. Car was running fine...came home parked it up for couple hours then jumped back in and iy cranked over like normal the light never dimmed full power never coughed or any of that it just wouldnt start...temperature was at the low dosent indicate if it has gas but it was at over equarter tank as i had just fueled it...did notice eps light showing and hadnt previously
