Alternator not charging due to wiring or computer issues. Dash wiring and bulb are working and alt. Charges when jumped.

Turns out that someone pulled the fuse out and it was completely missing. One of our workers probably pulled it because of blowing fuses due to bad trailer wiring.

All my taillights, brake lights, reverse lights, turn signals and my two front center indicators all went out and only half of the rear marker lights are working. I changed all the fuses t the bed, and fixed two wires and still nothing.

I had the same issue fuse #57 was the problem
That’s funny we fixed it when we plugged a set of tow lights into it, they all came on and stayed on.

My truck will just be driving down the road and it'll die I'll pull it to the side of road and try to start it and it will not start with the ignition but it will start with the bypass wire that's under the hood are it won't start but it'll still crank with a bypass wire under the hood why is that and my injectors won't kick on or nothing

Sounds like ignition switch but Check the IPR, ICP and RMP on live data while cranking. Pressure must hit above 500psi to crank.
