Turns out that someone pulled the fuse out and it was completely missing. One of our workers probably pulled it because of blowing fuses due to bad trailer wiring.

Ok I'm a dumb shit and thought that when you battery light comes on that meant you needed to change out your batteries. I didn't know it was for your alternator. The dummy light had been on for 3 days. I did charge both batteries at night. But come the 3rd day the truck engine turned off and everything went dead. Thinking I had dead batteries, I charged them but now I have no power at all. It's like I blew fuses or something bad. Need help to identify problem. Could the alternator found itself out somehow. Couldn't charge batteries while the positive cable was hooked up as it would trip the charger. Any thoughts pretty please. Thanks

Check all fuses. Also have your alternator tested if you haven’t already which of course you stated you knew now that it could be. Check pcm relay and the rest of them while you’re at it.
