Truck will not start if it’s warm

Ford F-450 2005 6.0 power stroke  302678 miles
If I drive to the store and come back shut the truck off and try and start it in an hour or two will not start it’s like it won’t start until the block below operating temp. It cranks and cranks and cranks but just won’t fire up unless it’s been sitting for 4-5+ hours and when it does start up it’s not fast by any means like it’s turning over for 10-20 seconds

I have a 2004 F250 super duty 6.0 Mines been the same way for 3 years no garage can figure it out.. So let’s just say my diesel motor pretty much meets my little friend ether several times a day everyday. I know it’s not good for it but I have no choice I need the truck.

High pressure oil leak
Dcertified from United States 12 days ago
You’re losing oil pressure. With scanner, watch IPR, iCP and RPM on live data. Oil pressure must go above 500psi. We have 3 -2004-2006 f450s with 6.0 powerstroke motors. Iv taken them all apart numberous times I’m 99% sure that’s your problem. There’s an updated STC fitting for High pressure oil pump, also updated stand pipe and dummy plugs. While you have it apart swap the ICP it’s behind the turbo, nake sure when you take it out the screen filter comes out with it, they have a habit of crushing and staying in the housing when it’s removed. Good luck👍🏼

The Lift pump located in the intake valley behind the filter housing is probably bad but I'd recommend checking out the fuel relay and enertia switch if applicable also ignition fuse under steering wheel

Ford F-450 2024 6.0 373400 miles
My truck will just be driving down the road and it'll die I'll pull it to the side of road and try to start it and it will not start with the ignition but it will start with the bypass wire that's under the hood are it won't start but it'll still crank with a bypass wire under the hood why is that and my injectors won't kick on or nothing

Sounds like ignition switch but Check the IPR, ICP and RMP on live data while cranking. Pressure must hit above 500psi to crank.
