My car is puttering audibly and no matter how much gas I give it it won’t react more than a few miles at a time. Took it to AutoZone and they gave me a print out that said all the spark plugs are misfiring at the same time. The guy at AutoZone said it’s going into limp mode.

Algo curioso, me di cuenta de que prueba para verificar la resistencia de las bujías ya que pensaba o pienso sea el motivo el cual mi civic si 2.0 vtec 2003, cuando empieza a desplazarse el en lugar de revolucionar se ahoga ( no reacciona). El de las 4bujias ninguna me dio resistencia me marcan abiertas, pero es algo ilógico que trabaje el motor si ninguna bujía sirva…. Ya solucionaste el detalle con tu coche bro?

I’m having problem with fuel consumption. Its giving me 9kms/liter. Checked fuel injectors, spark plugs, wiring, engine health is good but still i haven’t seen any improvement.

Try to check the ECU ask some tuner that you know it might helps you with your problem

Honda Civic D17A2 Engine Swap — Three Issues
Background: Recently swapped D16W9 for a D17A2. Compression test shows 176 PSI uniform across all cylinders.
Issue 1 — Noise from Belt Area
On cold start at 900-1000 RPM, a rhythmic tuk-tuk sound appears from the accessory belt area. Becomes more pronounced when AC is turned on. Gets clearer when revved with AC engaged. Disappears completely within 40-50 seconds as engine warms up. Grinding sound confirmed with screwdriver on alternator and AC compressor bodies. Suspect worn bearing in either alternator or AC compressor.

Misfire on start up

The car has a b20z2 from a 99-01 CRV, a wiring harness from a 96-98 civic si. I’ve checked and cleaned all my grounds. Checked all my fuses and their good. Tried different ecus. It won’t read codes. The main relay works because I bought it new and it clicks. Bought a new wiring harness. New fuel pump.
