The car smokes the rev count is not working and radio and wiring problems and fuel pump

Fuel pump fuse burnt out on original fuse panel under dash installed new panel per the book and now it will start run and die

My car will not start but cranking after a day or 2 of rest. When inertia switch is pushed it will start luckily then when the problem persist and pushed the switch again nothing will happen. Car will not start but only cranking. Upon research, my inertai switch may need replacement bec it also served as a fuel pump cut off switch. I want this switch to be by pass but i need a wiring diagram to examine if my theory is possible and will work after by passing the inertia switch. Thank you for your assistance on my dilemma

I recently added a new stereo and backup camera to my Civic. I got everything to work correctly, but today noticed that the wire attached to the reverse bulb had popped off. So earlier today, i started to redo wiring in the trunk for the backup camera. The key was in the ignition and I had the key set to ACC. This is where it begin. Then out of nowhere, the "door open" beep starts. I try to start the car, and its not working. Current state: Battery has a charge, full tank of gas. Wiring D16B engine for fuel pump relay and colour code

The car has a b20z2 from a 99-01 CRV, a wiring harness from a 96-98 civic si. I’ve checked and cleaned all my grounds. Checked all my fuses and their good. Tried different ecus. It won’t read codes. The main relay works because I bought it new and it clicks. Bought a new wiring harness. New fuel pump.
