after the car was checked came to find out that the fan and ac compressor are not turning on what would be the main cause of this

My A/C doesn’t work and I go to work and back home, anywhere without cool air. I went to a mechanic and he said that compressor doesn’t work.

AC compressor and supporting parts, including a filter process that looks like a mini radiator replaced, all with honda new parts. In spite of doing all of this, the AC does not blow enough cold air to keep up with hot houston weather. What can we do to boost power accordingly.
