I had the same problem. Found a hole in the vacuum line up next to the windshield. Fixed the line. AC works fine now.

In the beginning there was an issue with the ignition cylinder that it would slide past Off to ACC or it would chime as if the key was still in the lock after the key was removed. The key would have to be wiggle or moved till the chime stopped and then remove the key. A couple of weeks ago went to start the truck, it started with no problems but when tried to shutoff the engine the ignition cylinder just moved from one end to the other and it would not shutoff. Fuel Pump Not Working

My truck was sitting in my driveway about 3 weeks and went to use it and will not start. Problem confirmed as no fuel and the fuel pump stopped working. Changed fuel pump after jumper old pump it and it did not work but it still did not work after changed. Checked voltage at fuel pump driver was 13V but .2V at pump so changed it and still same way

Now have ordered wiring diagram so I can trace the wiring. It appears that the PCM controls the power to the fuel pump so something is stopping it from supplying power to the fuel pump

Multiple module faults. Trailer Brake Control Fault, advancTrac fault, Hill decent Assist fault, 911 assist offline. Airbag light. CD player continuously trying to eject a cd that isn't there.
Found no power to the fuses related to the Restraint Control Module and no power to the fuse related to the Trailer Brake Control. Codes showing no communication to RCM. I clear the codes and the Trailer Brake Control code comes right back and the no communication with RCM comes back. Disconnected battery. Etc.
Starting to think the Smart Junction Box (SBJ) has an issue. Trying to figure out how to confirm this.

My car has almost the same faults; it usually spends more time in the shop than on the road. I haven’t been able to find a definitive solution, and I hope to find a real fix for so many issues it keeps having. Friend, I’d love it if someone could help me.

Or as I always call it. The interior fuse panel. I removed it. Took it apart. And found white corrosion inside on the circuit boards. According to chat gpt this is caused by leftover flux ftom when the soldering was done plus moisture. I cleaned it with qtips and rubbing alcohol. Put it back together. Hooked up the battery and drove it all weekend all over the place. All of the faults went away and i have power at those fuses in thst box. The cd player is still freaking out but that must be a separate issue.

My 2014 has issues like yours as well...thank you for the info! My CD goes into ghost mode as well. I go to blue tooth or radio, the CD will usually stop activating soon after.

I tried to find a Hybrid flasher (same flasher for signal & hazard) to stop the hyper flashing after changing the turn signal bulbs to LED. The last of many I tried must have shorted the system, and nothing worked!
I gave up the LED journey, and went back to OEM bulbs, and original Hybrid lasher. Still not working. From your provided under dash fuse info a 30 amp fuse was used that should have been a 15 amp. I now need the under hood fuse information.

Using the Diagram for under dash fuses, I removed and retested each fuse before reusing. I found two 15 Amp bad. Turns out my senior helper friend did not have his hearing aids on the first time fuses were checked. HE can't hear the tone my meter emits!

I found all the Vacuum lines on this coach cut identically when I tried to check if any bulbs need to be changed while I had the dash trim off. Does a '96 f350E use vacuum or electric to operate the climate control functions?

The module is bad and needs to swapped out. Easy fix, shouldn't take more than 3 minutes once you have the part. I was lucky to find a good one at my local junkyard, easiest place to start looking.

Got in my truck for work one morning started it just fine (nothing out of the ordinary happened) went to turn headlights on and they came on but i noticed i had no illumination lights for my speedo or for my climate controls so i got out walked around the truck and i also didn’t have any running taillights as well as the cab lights i believe you’d call them (the orange lights on top) so i figured i had blown a fuse so i got in the manual looked over the fuse box diagram looked at all fuses related to lights they were all fine so i got a test light and checked all of them still didn’t find any… Lire en entier

I’m getting no power to starter or the motor all fuses are good none of my cluster gauges work. I can go down to the starter and turn it over, but it still will not start. Keith switched nothing.

No crank, No start. My mechanic found a loose connection at my BCM and everything started to work perfectly. Now, at random times, my 60A BCM fuse (#51) keep blowing and I lose all power again.

No I did not I unplugged the horn I still hear the ding dong for about 10 minutes
When I turn the key off the lights stay on for about 10 minutes and it finally shuts off

The only thing I can think it's the BCM and I'm not going to put that much money into it it's annoying for 10 minutes I'll just live with it I guess

Be sure to check that cabin fuse box that another guy on this app cleaned up and had good success. Ill try to find the post for you later.
What odb2 scanner do you have? You’ll want one that is capable of monitoring live data, that way you can see what the pids are. One thing you can do that won’t cost you any money, just some time, is check all the bcm connectors/pins for corrosion.

I found this video while searching for an issue with my truck. It talks about the same issue you are having. It was a bad internal relay at the SJB (smart junction box) basically the interior fuse panel. They show how to get around not buying a new SJB. I hope this helps

I’m having a similar issue. Shortly after buying my 13 f350 the running lights would not turn off, headlights and everything else worked fine. I replaced the headlight switch, now the headlights don’t work and the running lights still stay on. Put the old switch in, still no headlights. Running lights still on. Really hoping to fix this without paying ford the $1,200 for a new BCM that may or may not fix the issue.

Similar issue on my 6.4L. Fuel gauge will show my tank is fuel, empty, or it won't work at all.

I have tried to test and change all my fuses changes the multifunction switch and the light controller and nothing changed. The brake lights work just fine when I press the break. The taillights won’t I grabbed a normal wire and connected the +/- ends in a direct connection for the plug that goes into the controller and the lights switch on what could possibly be wrong ? All lights should function properly because it doesn’t hint at a short or anything of that sort, however when the normal wire is connected to the two sides everything functions how its supposed to.

Ok, So I think my buddy hooked his battery cables up backwards and we have fixed a bunch of things from that already but something got us stumped is the right brake light stays on and the left one the brake light did stay on but he did something and now the parking light stays on but when you turn each turn signal on they work on the dash but the lights aint flashing and turn the hazard lights on again on the dash they are blinking but the lights aint. What could that be?

My tailgate solenoid quit working, I thought maybe it had gone bad to I replaced it, it still doesn't work. When I press the button on the tailgate, the FOB or the dash, nothing happens, no sound or movement at all from the solenoid.

It's your instrument cluster. Mine did the same thing. Needs to be replaced or find someone who can fix the soldering.
