After a while the fog lamps decided to stop working. Measured the power coming to the connector and it’s about 8V. Is there a fuse or a relay in the vehicle? Fogs are good. Ram power from the battery they lit back up.
Get a voltmeter and check to make sure that the pigtail that goes to the fuel pump has current. If not, you'll need a new pigtail. To check your fuel safety switch, bypass the switch to see of you need a new one. If the fuel pump is not working, it's usually one of those two issues.
Truck always starts and runs great. Went to start it the other day and it was a long crank, fired up but ran very rough at idle. Tried to move it and had no power. Pulled the fuel filter and cycled the key, no fuel coming into the bowl. Found power at the pump buts it's not running. I also found a chewed 14 awg green wire behind the fuse panel that I think might be related to the problem but don't know where it goes.
I have tried to test and change all my fuses changes the multifunction switch and the light controller and nothing changed. The brake lights work just fine when I press the break. The taillights won’t I grabbed a normal wire and connected the +/- ends in a direct connection for the plug that goes into the controller and the lights switch on what could possibly be wrong ? All lights should function properly because it doesn’t hint at a short or anything of that sort, however when the normal wire is connected to the two sides everything functions how its supposed to.
Hi I got question about spot light. I figured out the reason why it’s not working because there is a cut wire and I got it fix but when I check the wires it’s not receiving no power. Do you know if is there a fuse specifically for spotlight or relays. Thank you
After I hit a deer with my truck, one of the fog light caps fell off and looking inside there is no damage to any of the wires or light itself, but the fog lights on either side still won’t turn on
So while towing a gooseneck trailer the trailer came on hinged and pinched the wire that plugs into the back of the truck I'm not sure what went out but my truck will no longer start can you help me
I have 2019 f150 and there’s no vacuum coming out of the solenoid. I’ve checked the connections and found out that the 2 wires going to the solenoid are always hoy. I tried sending ground to one of the wires and it works perfectly. So would anyone know where I can check to see where I’m loosing ground?
Wipers will not come on as well as water for windshield. Wiper motor and wiper switch are new. I had a broken green wire that came of the connector. Put that together and still no wipers.
