My car's had really bad gas mileage in it started stalling in the other day it finally went lost all power and all the lights came on on the dash but they're all off now could you tell me what might be wrong
The issue you're describing with your 2011 Chevrolet Cruze could potentially be caused by a faulty oxygen (O2) sensor or camshaft sensor. The O2 sensor is responsible for monitoring the amount of unburned oxygen in the exhaust and adjusting the air-fuel mixture accordingly. If the O2 sensor is not functioning properly, it can cause a decrease in fuel efficiency and potentially result in the car stalling. Similarly, the camshaft sensor provides information about the position of the camshaft to the engine control module, and if this information is not accurate, it can result in a loss of power and stalling.
To determine the root cause of the issue, I would recommend having the vehicle scanned using a diagnostic code reader. This will retrieve any stored trouble codes in the engine control module, which will provide further information about what may be causing the problem.
I don’t know what amp fuse I need because mine were stolen from #14 Air Solenoid and #20 Fuel Pump , I’ve looked in the owner’s manual but having no luck finding it. Please help
Your owners manuel will show you which ones you need in that specific spot. So, for example, you have a F fuse for a fuel pump and a relay (big block grey looking cube) for fuel pump its usually a K letter for those fuses.
See where it states F43 is for fuel pump and on the other list it states K10 (this is a relay fuse) is also for fuel pump. I will see if it will let me upload the diagram of the fuses location. The k10 fuse is a mini fuse, I believe to 4amps. The F43 is a 20 amp
Here is a diagram of the fuse locations. I hope this information helps you out. Remember only replacing the fuses that are blown, leaking, or what you may suspect that could be associated with XYZ issue of the vehicle running properly. Best of luck!
Vehicle will vibrate and rock back and fourth when in park or at stop light, it's especially bad when damp/wet conditions.
Ive replaced the starter I thought that was issue (it was corroded). Currently working on coil pack and spark plugs... could it have to do with anything else? Maybe fuel pump? I have one i have yet to get replaced. Thought it was battery had that replaced, checked the mount thats still good. But of a leak under the hood cant locate where coming from could do that have to do with it? Electrical??
I just got a new battery in my Chevy Cruze but still nothing has any power and everything is securely connected to the best of my knowledge. The car is off but the dashboard displays gas tank level, engine temperature and rpm but the car isn’t on. Like if it took a screenshot of the last moment it was alive. I have 0 clue what to do. Can any one help
my car is all good i have it scanned but there is only code 89 on mid what is that service center does'nt know about that pls tell and where is o2 sensor and my gears are aslo hard to shift
My Chevy Cruze does not crank when starting but the battery is new, starter has no issues, fuel pump is ok but the car reverses when on drive mode and the same happens when on reverse. The mechanic says the control board is destroyed what could be the problem
