The tachometer is moving up and down and the the exaulse bring black smoke, the engine shakes and sometimes while on speed it slows down by itself and speed up later

Car vibrate when moving including doors and seat

When the car is in drive and I am stopped in a traffic light or whatever, it stars to vibrate a lot. When I put the car in neutral the vibration disappear.

Engine vibrates on reverse gear, all engine mounts are normal and serviced there is no problem with the engine mounts, all spark plugs, coils and fuel injectors are cleaned but I still have the same problem. Is it possible that it can be a wiring or electric issue that my car shakes and vibrates when I put on reverse gear?
