Hi All, Forgive me if this is the incorrect place. Not to long ago, I got the blinking defroster light and the B1030-12 code along with a slew of other codes related to the A/C. So I opened the dash and It looked like I had a rodent dine on my A/C Heat Control Panel harness. Before someone asks, I do have electrical education/training. There are 2 wires that are almost identical in color/strip that were crossed. Once uncrossed it worked perfectly

I have a problem with the heater not work. But the Ac works and the blower works. So what can I do to fix the problem or do you have any idea what's going on

Same problem for me. Mine blows warm air for about 5 seconds then stops. Heater core replaced. Problem not fixed.

Engine code P0330 Jeep Wrangler 2015

Pulled code P0330 (Knock Sensor 2 circuit). Was wondering if anyone else had this issue. Can it be an issue with the knock sensor itself ? or would it be something more severe? the engine itself sounds and feels smooth, no internal knocking sounds coming from the head. I did an oil change and see no metal fragments which is a good sign. Anyone pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I've experienced the same issue. There's 2 sensors down deep between the engine and the firewall. Its best to swap out both if you're pulling the engine apart. My jeep continued to throw the same code after the swap so next is the wiring loom. Best of luck with it mate.

Crank, no start

Jeep Wrangler 2004 TJ rubicon, 4.0L standard 325000 miles

Had a crank, no start before, changed the crankshaft position sensor, jeep ran good for a few days, then back to crank, no start, then codes for camshaft position sensor. Changed that, still no start, has no spark, checked relays and checked coil rail. Everything seems fine, but still wont start. Jeep gets fuel and has good fuel pressure.

Crankshaft position sensors and camshaft position sensors go hand in hand sometimes, from my experience. If one goes bad, may as well change out the other to prevent future issues. If sensors are good and is getting fuel, may want to check into a tune up, if no other codes are present. Other basics to check are battery, alternator and starter. Failing or bad batteries will make Jeeps act up in multiple ways.

Gate indicator light on and battery continuesly dead.

Jeep Wrangler 2008 Sahara 1400000 miles

Good afternoon everyone. Would someone please help me? I have a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. The gate indicator light is on and my battery dies immediately after i turn it off. I have already tried putting WD-40 in the lock mechanism. I don't know where the sensor is or if this is a common occurrence amongst jeeps. What do i do?

The fix is remarkably easy! Press the black button on the right dashboard gauge, and go through the trip odometer and distance travelled and the eco light (whatever that is) until you get the actual odometer reading and stop there. Turn your JK ignition off. You will only see the milage reading with NO gate light. After about a minute the milage light will go out and SHAZZAM! Only sweet nothing! You guys and gals are very welcome, put the WD-40 and wire cutters away!
