My Matiz 3 check engine light does not show when I turn the key and as a result of that , the engine can’t start. I learnt it needs to be on when I turn on the key and goes off by its self when the engine starts. Can anyone help me identify the problem

Hello, everyone. My vehicle suddenly stalled when driving. When turning the ignition key again, the starter spined but no explosion was heard. I really do not know what might be wrong and have no idea of the engine parts. If anyone could give me a helping hand, I would be really thankful. An engine diagram would be very useful as well. Car had stalled while driving,renewed spark plugs,fuel supply ok,cambelt with timming ok,spark ok,injectos ok spraying,pulsating. If i remove egr car start but is very rough. Compression ok.

I have changed the sparkplug and bougicord. Petrol does move to front to the engine and my timing belt is fine but it crank but won't start can any1 help me

Stopped while had fuel pressure but ignition still turned motor over no spark no fuel pressure have 12v at fuel pump but have no spark is their another thing to look at or would this have a immobiliser somewhere

Hi everyone my matiz 3 wont start after I have parked for about 30 minutes. However, if I park for more that 24 hours, it starts at the first kick. Besides that, when the engine is running idle, it shakes and it has the check light on. I hv been to several mechanics but to no avail. Any help as to what the problem could be exactly?

Good afternoon. I own a Matiz 2002 and, a few days ago, I was driving normally when the engine suddenly stalled. The check engine light blinked many times at that moment, and the vehicle has not started again since then. I've changed the fuel pump, but nothing changed. The fuel pump relay makes a noise every time I turn the ignition key, but the car has not responded at all. If anyone knows anything about it, I will appreciate your help.

Car was in daily use and suddenly it desides not to start again. There is no spark and also no fuel when engine is cranking. Some say its wiring, same say the coil, some say the distributor. I changed both but still it doesn't start. What can be the problem????

Hi, we purchased a second hand matiz a couple of days ago. The people we bought it from told us that the one injector is clogged. After trouble shooting we found that 2 injectors died. This is a 800cc but that is not what is strange about this car. The car wil start if the alternator belt is not connected, but as soon as we put the belt back on it does not start at all. What could be the reason for this?

Hard starting. At times it start at times it doesn't start at all. It can work well for like 5 hours or through out a day then start doing hard starting
