Strong smell of something overheating or burning coming from the en gine. But the vehicle drives fine and is not over heating.

No power to sta fuse. All lights work. Jumped it at the relay turnover but no start. All fuses pulled checked. 5 gallons of water busted open in the back drivers side. Dryed everything with hair dryer and wet vac and a big heater.
