The windshield wipers activate automatically when the engine is turned on. The motor and lever were replaced, but the problem persists.

My wipers won’t work if my headlights are on, or if they do work, they dim the lights.

The problem started 2 years ago. I was going on a roadtrip and I was pushing my hatchy going 100. Battery ends up frying and when that happened, every single light and switch went crazy, including the wipers. Got a new one battery and ran on 3 cylinders. Came home week later and got everything fixed except the front windshield wipers. The back one does work. Now, if I put the fuse for the wiper, the front wipers will work but I cannot control it. It will just keep wiping unless I take the fuse out. Things I’ve tried:
Wiper motor
Wiper switch
Fuses (Fuses don’t burn out)
