The screen where you can see the radio channels, clock or GPS is black. Nothing shows, I can't change radio stations, set the clock or view GPS directions. I can't sync either.

I’m having the same issues and I’m hoping for a easy fix
This is what I have showing. Nothing is visible and you can't access any of the features such as change radio stations, access the GPS, set clock.

It is the A/C buttons on my ford fusion 2016 1.5 turbo-boost. The AC buttons not working, the passenger window is not opening, radio tuning/Volume up and down all these buttons not working... some times they work and suddenly stop working all at once.
The radio screen still working fine and i can navigate through it but can’t turn the AC on. They work sometimes all fine and the AC is cold but suddenly they all stop at once!!. I checked the fuses all working fine. I don’t know what is the problem. Can somebody help me please?
