I replaced the booster and master cylinder on my 1993 ford f150 and new calipers and still no brakes

I cannot get brake fluid to the rear wheels. The brake pedal is firm for the front brakes. The ABS fuse is missing from the fuse box under the hood,can that be the culprit?
