Buenas tardes, que suspensión se le puede poner a un Elantra 2017 la que trae de fabrica es muy rígida y el mínimo bache se siente fuerte, ya sea una buena suspensión homologada no se que recomiendan?

Before reaching 1000 km, my car started having an engine noise and a constant jingle. The rear suspension had a strong tilt, so it was changed. The jingle did not disappear even when using the best fuel available (97 octanes). The cylinder head was opened to decarbonise and, after that, the coolant started being consumed and the cabin heated. I suddenly noticed as well that there was oil poured through all the engine.

whenever i go out of a parking lott i hear bad craking noise when i brake and moving the steering wheel simultaneously ...no brakes no noise
what cauld be the problem
i replaced front shock absorbers
and brake pads

When I start the car there is a loud rattling or chattering with heavy vibration that lasts until the car seems to heat up. When I accelerate slightly, it'll stop momentarily for about 2 to 3 seconds then continue to vibrate/chatter/buzz loudly again. Again after 15 minutes the chattering/ rattling, loud buzzing, vibration, loud purring. It does not vibrate or shake at a high rate of speed and there is no decline in performance (acceleration) while experiencing the loud vibrating buzzing. I do have a slight knocking/clicking when hitting bumps or turning hard, but this is a pre-existing condition which I attribute to the suspension.
