Fuses all good though I see no action for the wipers. And radio has no sound powers on but that's it.

Windshield wipers will come on by themselves and not turn off.

The wiper motor is shorting out due to a plugged up drain located under the hood’s cowl. Had the same problem for years until I figured it out.
So my windshield wipers come on all by themselves the fuses are all good what should I do

My emergency flashers work, but my blinkers don't. Then when I turn on my high beams I lose my lights when I go back to low beams they come back on.
