Dosent crank with the key changed starter fuses relays fuel pump coils safty switch but you can turn it over under hood at fuse box or underneath at starter.

Ok you checked all the fuses and relays under hood and in passenger side compartment you said cause there is a 5 amp fuse in passenger kick panel fuse box that is directly for PATS and have had them blow before but if all is good with fuses you have a problem with PATs system itself so need to verify each systems check to make sure it's passing all systems check, before you get to far into trying to read all of the system check check the big ABS plug that's under the air filter drivers side front under hood. I had bad ABS pump and had same issue as you are having ran the PAT's system check and I checked everything tracked it back to ABS block and unplugged the main harness to the ABS and it was full of brake fluid and was making connection with the fluid over all the pins. Cleaned it out and sprayed with electric parts cleaner and fired right up

I have a 2007 mustang 4.0 with issues, i have tried everything i know i am at a loss at this point... PLEASE HELP.
Went to work and went to store before home and battery was dead had to be jumped, on the way home my gauges went haywire and car switched off and on while i was driving. It died on me just as i pulled in to yard. Checked fuses GOOD changed Battery GOOD.
Changed Alternator GOOD

I was told to change the PCM doide fuse
Check all your ground wires, especially the one to the starter stud bolt.
Could be sjb inside fuse box, common problem fir these mustangs water/ moisture damage

This seems like a bad ground or something in alt to battery wiring. Have seen this with a over charging issue after someone doing a big 3 wiring upgrade and didn't have it done correctly. When car over charges it will go nuts all lights go out while driving everything stops working electronically in car but car would stay running. I'd look at the wiring as starting point.

Had to do engine swap. Now have no fuel pressure with theft light blinking. Also changed starter and fuel pump on it. P0193 only code reading.

It was the PATS. Locksmith coded two new keys and started right up

I changed my radio to an aftermarket radio. Battery was dead before I changed it. Had to jump it off and now it cranks but doesn't start. Theft light is not blinking or staying on. Can't hear the fuel pump kick on.

Have you tried to reset the fuel pump inertia switch
Also is your odometer working correctly or is there a bunch of dashes going across the mileage readout

A fuse fell out and I'm wondering if that is to the fuel pump because cutting out and dieing was an issue but now it won't start at all. I can't find which fuse is fuel pump because you don't have the correct box on your diagram. Mine is under steering wheel not on passengers side

My fuel pressure sensor has been problem for long time I have replace it 5 times and still causing me problems and also causing it to delay the start when turning the car on new fuel injectors new fuel pressure sensor new fuel pump new fuel filter and my fuel pressure sensor still causing the problem

2006 mustang GT crank no start situation I started the vehicle up it ran for about 15 seconds but other than died I have changed fuel filter I have changed the crank sensor and both cam sensors fuel pump is working I've got fuel all the way to the fuel rails not sure on the pressure because there's no Schrader valve to check the pressure on this particular model I haven't replaced the fuel rail pressure sensor but it appears to be working but I'm not positive with that not sure what else to do here open to suggestion

Same issue with a 07 4.0. I hope you get it figured out. I’m still chasing mine
I believe I have it figured out I'm waiting on the part right now but I traced it all way back to the smart junction box which are known to go out because of the water damage due to a poor design. I'll know here in just a day or two when I get the part in if that's what it's causing my problem
Did it get her running for ya, I'm having a very similar issue out of nowhere
