The fuse that goes into the slot that connects the OBD port and cigarette lighter keeps popping. How do I fix this? I can’t pass a smog. Do I need to replace the whole box? The vehicle runs good nevertheless

Lost power, felt like brakes were locking up

I have a special 'cop car' 2009 ford expedition XL XLT and i cant find the OBD Reader, neither can o'rileys, auto zone, and the sheriff department. Its not under the steering wheel where it would normally be.

OBD port is not working when we try and plug a diagnostic tester

I recently noticed an occasional noise coming from the driver front wheel. It only happens every once in a while and only last for a few seconds, 30 at the most. It sounds almost metal on metal. I can't seem to accurately recreate it but I have noticed it seems to happen more after I've used the brakes. If I'm stopped at a stop sign or red light for a while then when I start driving I can hear it. My first thought was brake pads getting low but every vehicle I've had has had a higher pitched more constant squeal. Running rough. Replaced spark plugs, changed coil paks, used rubbers off of old coil paks. Today, it is running rougher than ever. Air Conditioner blows hot air, downshifts by itself, revs up rpm, very sluggish.

My car went into the dealership for a recall repair. They called and said my battery died, but they called Autozone and I should have a warranty because it is only a year old. So they returned my 2016 expedition back to me with a dead battery. I put in the recharged battery and have had numerous electrical issues. Unlocking the door with the remote makes the alarm go off until i unlock the doors. The check engine light and wrench light go on and off. When I get to 20mph it goes to neutral and won't accelerate unless I push OD button

The engine stopped suddenly on highway. The obd refered to camshaft sensor. Then stopped for 30 minutes.. The start normally then drived fir 100km. Then again stopped..
Is OBD diagnos right?

Whole car shudders when taking off from a stop. Recently was missing 2nd gear on shift, but I have changed trans pan filter and the 5 quarts of fluid it holds. Trans fluid smelled very old when I dropped the pan.

I replaced the steering column but when I went to program the key it would not work. Fob also was not working but, holding the old key that didn't match with the switch or column helped reprogram the fob. Theft light blinks rapidly but only after replacing the ignition switch it now goes off after a few minutes. Turn the key to off and on then the theft light comes back on.
