My car alarm lawn will not shut off

My car went into the dealership for a recall repair. They called and said my battery died, but they called Autozone and I should have a warranty because it is only a year old. So they returned my 2016 expedition back to me with a dead battery. I put in the recharged battery and have had numerous electrical issues. Unlocking the door with the remote makes the alarm go off until i unlock the doors. The check engine light and wrench light go on and off.
