Hey has anyone else had the issue of the cam shaft playing up? I've replaced the sensor twice and the whole cam unit itself... now the engine light is back on... running sluggish even though everything has been replaced... the solenoids have been cleaned out and everything is near new in this engine... what could it possibly be... !??? I've taken it back to Holden and they said it was the whole cam shaft so it's replaced and now the engine light is back on... getting over this

I start my car, drive for 2 blocks and it goes into reduced power mode. I changed the negative cable wire, changed the crankshaft position sensor; both camshaft position sensors, and tested the ignition switch, but when the car was off, the dash abd everything would go crazy sometimes abd stay on…. So i tested the brown wire under the ignition and with the car off and keys out there was a voltage reading of about 5 volts…In order to get that voltage to 0, I had to pull this yellow fuse, circled in red, and the 5 volts disappeared

2015 chevrolet cruze lt 1.4l dohc ecotech 4 cyl, has had 3 different camshaft covers/ pcv valves since owning and the check engine light is back on with the same issue showing lean idle code and pcv code 1071. Mechanic is stumped and suggests whole engine replacement any other routes that can be taken without the extreme expense or time?

I have a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze 1.8 (VIN: 1G1PA5SH9E7449244) with automatic transmission. The original engine was replaced with an F18D4 engine, but the ECU is still the original LUW type. Problem: The engine has unstable idle, especially in Drive (D) at low throttle. RPM fluctuates and there is slight vibration.
