I have a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze 1.8 (VIN: 1G1PA5SH9E7449244) with automatic transmission.
The original engine was replaced with an F18D4 engine, but the ECU is still the original LUW type.
Problem:
The engine has unstable idle, especially in Drive (D) at low throttle. RPM fluctuates and there is slight vibration.
Scanner readings:
- Intake camshaft position: around 44°
- Exhaust camshaft position: 0° at idle
- When pressing accelerator slightly (about 10%), exhaust camshaft follows intake (around 45° intake / 48° exhaust)
