Toyota Tacoma 2012 Tacoma 
The best:Great basic workhorse. Toyota has never let me done. Does all I ask of it. I would definitely buy this again!
The worst:Only has two issues I have seen:1) wiring harness is biodegradable as per environmental requirements. Mice LOVE it, and eat it. 2) Console fan electronics are weak and fail so that it defaults to full on and full off until repaired.

The 3.5L V6 has plenty of power for everyday driving, hauling, and towing, and the truck feels especially comfortable doing the kind of work a midsize pickup is supposed to do.The worst:The fuel economy could certainly be better, and the transmission can sometimes feel like it’s searching for the right gear. The seating position also takes a little getting used to compared with some other trucks.0

Toyota Tacoma 2023 3.5 V6, long bed, double cab, TRD sport.The best:easy to drive, good power, reliable, fun, and comfortable. greatest truck, never plan on selling it and if I do they hold they're value very well.The worst:back seats don't have much room, apple CarPlay requires plug in which isn't really a problem unless you're in a rush.
Toyota Tacoma 2006 PreRunner, 4 door, long bedThe best:Easy to drive, very reliable, lots of space. I added a matching hardshell cover to the bed of the truck .. LOVE it! I've had her from brand new and am just now coming up on the FIRST repair item ... forgot what it is, but it's just due to wear and tear after 20 years! My mechanic is very honest and said it isn't even needed right now, (about 6 months ago) but told me what to look for to signal it's time. Just now starting to see them, so we're going in! ;) I've done nothing other than normal routine maintenance and replacements such as tires, wipers, etc. since the beginning.The worst:Display lights are black and orange, making them really hard to see in some lighting situations. Would much prefer black/white
