My car drives fine at low speed but from 80km/pH reverse go up when changing gears as if accelerator is pressed though its not

Away I go this has happen 2 times in traffic

Please I need help, I drive Toyota Corolla 2006, whenever I put my car to drive the gear will be engaging and it will select well after sometime the gear will disengaged and the RPM will be high after that I will shift from neutral to drive please what can cause it

Once I was driving the car and at first it was normal after 30 minutes of driving the car rpm went up to 4000 and stayed there. I can start the car but the rpm is goes to 4000. I also can speed up but when i press the clutch the rpms goes up.
