The radiator fan continuing after car stops. This happens after a small journey. Quite a loud sound or maybe is it something to do with a/c?

Got the same problem 2016 Octavia changed the water pump but it remains the same? Can’t figure out now gona change my radiator if anyone have an idea what’s going on plz update many thanks
