EPC, Check indicators and power loss SolvedSolved

Seat Ibiza 2010  75000 miles
I would appreciate any help you could give me regarding my Ibiza 2010 engine 2.0 Blitz version. When the engine is working and I accelerate, either changing from 2nd to 3rd or from 3rd to 4th gears, the EPC indicator turns on and the engine loses power. Even yesterday, the Check was turned on for a long time and then disappeared. The car has already been tuned and the injectors cleaned, but the problem persists. Thank you very much for your help in advance.

I own an Ibiza Coupe FR 2013 and, according to the manual, when the Check indicator blinks it is warning you of a possible failure in the oxygen or lambda sensor and, when it remains turned on, the failure is already there.

It is quite probable that it is the fuel that is causing your problem. This happened to me a few days ago and, when I decided to change the fuel to Premium, the failure disappeared and it now accelerates like it used to. I recommend you to try changing it to see what happens in your case.

Climate control problem

Seat Ibiza 2001 hatchback 1.8t manual  240000 miles
The problem with the radio/climate control + OBD is that there is no key in the ignition. I can connect to the OBD and read the car's parameters, even though the ignition is off and the engine is not running. The radio has the same problem. The backlight turns on, the date and time are displayed, as well as the air flow. The radio is off, but the entire screen works when the ignition is off. It often stays on all night long, sometimes it flashes, sometimes it works normally, meaning it's off, but it doesn't light up and only the time is displayed. As it should be, I replaced the ignition switc… Read complete

2006 Seat Ibiza (Jatco JF404) Hard Shifting Issue

Seat Ibiza 2006 1.4 Elegance automatic 75 hp 169588 miles
I have a 2006 Seat Ibiza 1.4 with a Jatco JF404 automatic transmission. My car has a noticeable jolt or harsh shift when changing gears. I recently changed the transmission fluid using Kixx DCTF, but the issue persists. The problem is most noticeable during low-speed gear changes. What could be the possible causes, and how can I fix it?"
