Sunroof stuck from one side in tilt position and is not closing either opening properly. When i push down the button it closes a bit then open again.

My sunroof it has been leaking since I got it I've had it for 2 years and I've tried to seal it with everything I can cuz I can't fix it or repair it right And it's been raining like no other lately and I've been having little issues I think my electrical system is messed up All my lights just sort of turning on all my morning lights and my speedometer does not work and it was just all the sudden can someone help
