I’m having an issue with the car's instrument cluster; the speedometer isn't working at all, and neither is the turn signal stalk. The car starts up fine, but the turn signals, speedometer, and fuel and temperature gauges aren't functioning. I believe the fuses are okay.

I read on another forum that the grease can get sticky, and to use WD40 on all the components after cleaning it. That hasn’t seem to work. I’ll snag the link to the other forum and see if the steering wheel component on yours is what they were talking about.

My steering wheel on my 1996 Toyota Hiace is not moving. Like the power is trying to work (makes a noise) but it’s stuck. It’s stuck in the full up position and the manual side lever is broken and useless.
