Battery light keeps flickering, i've changed the charcoal and even the battery why does it do that

I have a 2012 Toyota Hiace Quantum that recently had an issue with the fuel pump fuse blowing. I checked all the fuses and found two that were burnt out: the fuel pump fuse and the stop fuse. After replacing them, the vehicle started up, but now the ABS light is illuminated on the dashboard. What could be causing this problem?

I’m having an issue with the car's instrument cluster; the speedometer isn't working at all, and neither is the turn signal stalk. The car starts up fine, but the turn signals, speedometer, and fuel and temperature gauges aren't functioning. I believe the fuses are okay.

We did change the Motor ABS due to breaking paddle is pushing back during low breaking and after replacing the ABS Motor still both lights are on during driving.

It happened that a storm came and i am currently out of the country, and the vehicle was half body flooded, i replace the ecu and the immobilizer module. And the car starts after a few weeks the car instantly shut down and wont start. And i observe when i turned on the key from lock position to acc it has no power, and when i position the blade key on the on position the dashboard indicator illuminates but the check engine light doesnt and it only appear when some of the dash light goes off same goes with the alternator indicator, i observed also that there is no PRND indicator on the dashboard. When i inserted the obd scan tool it says ECM/PCM EV error. And cant communicate with the ECU
What could be the possible issue of this problem?
