2015 Toyota Corolla cranks but won't start, B2799 code

Toyota Corolla 2015 LE, 2ZR-FE engine  65000 miles
No previous related issues and it has always been able to start until very recently. I have 2 keys and neither had any issues before. Don't see what could have caused the problem. Tried disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it after 15-30 minutes but it doesn't change anything. Neither does trying to reset the ECU or immobilizer by connecting the 4th and 13th pins on the OBD-II connector, turning on the ignition, and waiting 30-45 minutes. The security light turns off when I insert the key (happens for both keys I have), presumably indicating that the immobilizer does recognize the key,… Read complete

P1604 code with long crank

Toyota Corolla 2013 1.8L 165000 miles
My vehicle has 165,000. Lately car cranks over longer than usual and when it finally turns on it will miss fire for a few seconds and then be ok. Random times check engine light registers a P1604 code. Now I have replaced fuel pump, ignition coils, spark plugs, fuel injector, cleaned intake manifold, replaced PCV valve, oil change, cleaned all grounds and terminals for battery and installed a new battery with 650 cca which the factory only called for a 500 cca. This only happens when car sits for over 4 hours like over night or after working 8 hours. Compression is at 150-155 depending on if doing it with car completely cold lower compression reading and after a 10-15 minute warm up the higher reading. I am wondering if maybe issue with the PCM? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
