Honda CR-V 2000 EX 350000 miles

Tachometer speedometer do not work and the windows have no power. I have checked all the fuses and they do not work. My battery went up and smoke a couple days and I started having all kinds of problems bought a new battery and those are the three problems I can’t figure out how to get them to work.
