Irregular idle speed

My CRV has an irregular idle speed. The idle speed is fluctuating. But when I disconnect the IAC valve, it becomes normal.

Diagnose with a scan tool
Iqbal from other 9 months ago
Where I live, there's no one who has a scanner. That's why I don't know how to solve the problem or where it lies. If anyone has had a similar problem, please help me. Thank you.

Multiple issues

Honda CR-V 1999 Honda CRV LX 132000 miles
Multiple symptoms, rough starting, engine kills in drive, reverse, idle, neutral... possible ecm/pcm damage due to battery being installed backwards (reverse polarity sparking)
Also possible damage to drive train after car was towed in park on a dolly. IAC valve, O2 sensor, PCV valve, hose leaks, toggle position sensor?

Any suggestions? Still unresolved...only code it's throwing (once) was IAC valve. Horrible smelling fuel and smoke when driving even though I had fuel tank drained and fresh oil change. Having it towed to mechanic next week... could be damaged transmission, gear box, drive train, electronic issue, who knows! My gut tells it's a combo of transmission damage and drive train/breaks damage from a bad tow job. Not sure yet.
