Electro-hydraulic failure in the automatic transmission system.

So I have all those warning lights on my car's dashboard, but when I plug in the scanner to check for codes, it doesn't show any; it just says it can't connect. If anyone could please tell me the probable cause... it's a 2017 Honda Accord EX sedan (2.4L).

Check charge system message flashes across the dash and car shut down (entered limp mode) while on the highway. Local shop changed the battery terminals and installed a new battery; problem persists. Also took steps to troubleshoot and changed the battery terminal sensor (aftermarket part). Took car to Honda dealership where I bought the car years ago and they called it a parasitic draw caused by a bad alternator and battery terminal sensor. Radio goes out when raining

Clicks one time check the fuses somebody went up under the car and hit the starter. The battery is not dead.

Transmission belt broke. Honda wants $8000.00 dollars to replace it. The part (CVT belt) from Honda is about $150.00 - $200.00 dollars. Is it worth it? Can I fix it myself? I believe it's a CVT transmission. Thanks a lot,

I'm not getting any power to the radio system
