Cant find fuse for power steering

I've noticed that while driving, especially at a fast speed, that there is way too much free play in my wheel. If I am going around a curve at a high speed , I have to grip the wheel in order for the truck to not take itself into another lane. Sometime when just driving straight you can still feel the steering wheel pull from you. I took to get a alignment, but none was needed.

My 2011 ford escape limited 3.0 v6 has electric issues.
While driving the electric power steering locks up on its own then lets lose and clicks under the dash
Headlights dim and brighton on their own. The whole dash, radio, ac controls, go off.
The engine pulse up and down but never shuts down. David white and i have trouble shooted this issues so many ways. This sounds like its an electrical issue. It picks a new item to mess with every few days. Any thoughts or advice would be helpful.

When driving through a puddle of water, the steering stiffens and the dashboard shows the battery icon. After 5 seconds this light turns off and the steering comes back to normal.

I just change the torque sensor in the steering wheel did everything right that i saw in a youtube video. Now when i was back out of my drive way i turned the streering left and it pulled left hard by itself almost broke my wrist. It also happens when i steer right.

No ability to honk horn so its going to flunk safety inspe ction

My power steering assist fault is on now I have none

My escape wont start if its sat all night. If driven everyday starts fine but hit or miss will have no power steering or dash lights or radio or windows. These happen separately or all together. If driven a long time or distance acceleration is sloppy until get past first gear. Then the headlights go out and a little later dies. Wont jumpstart until the next day and good for a little while then starts all over again

Started car and the steering assist failure light came on. Difficult to steer. Managed to get it to dealership. $1300 repair to replace rack.
