Truck has set for years tried to start it will if i poore gas in carb no sounf from fuel pump fues box under hood where fule pump relay says it is no wires going there the relays tghar are in there all click fuses are good when i pull the fuse for pump and replace it i hear the some noses coming from tge carb and a clicking from tswo thins on fire wall

My truck hadn't ran in over 15 years the man who had it bought it new and the I bought it from the family well after a week I got it running the truck had major short in the wiring some where but was running I drove it for about a month or two then one night out of no where it shut down and I haven't been able to get it back running I've replaced complete wiring harness under the dash but still nothing pump great relay great something to do with automatic shut down is messed up I don't know what to do to fix the problem fr fr
