Just ran battery down parked and almost didn't start when it started it sputtered and missed util battery regained 12 volts but check engine light stayed on

Next morning I went to start and it turned over but no start I did not hear fuel pump like normal

Within 30 mins of running my 2007 BMW x5, it starts jerking and seems like its going to turn off. I get the faulty engine indicator on the dashboard. Has anyone had this issue before?
