Check the radiator fluid for "muddy oil" possible headgasket or valve cover gasket is where I'd start.

Honda Civic 2003 Ex/ d17a2 (jdm) 289000 miles
So I have replaced my VTEC solenoid. I have replaced the oil pressure switch. I’ve done a new valve cover gasket. I have done a new oil pan gasket. I am running out of options. The oil light comes on at idle after it gets hot but as soon as I accelerate, it turns off.
