My car when it get working the car battery drains and I remove the back up fuse and it stop drain and now after I remove the fuse the door lock stopped working and I don't understand

My battery keeps draining or isn't charging not sure why think wire harness is damage how do I diagnose the problem

My ac blower switch doesn’t work- first high went out, then within a week it was intermittent on all settings, then wouldn’t turn on. Next day, my car wouldn’t turn over. My little jumper had 33% life on it, tried it anyways- car started right up. Turn it off- car dead again. I have replaced blower relay, the 40 amp r5 fuse was good, went to a shop today, they thought it was the relay also- nothing. The blower still doesn’t come on, and the battery drains after I turn it off. I have am wondering if anyone has any other ideas- I can’t imagine paying top dollar for a repair shop to fix it. Is there a diagnostic that I can run that I am missing info on- my cars stereo was replaced and I can’t seem to access the onboard system- any advice would be helpful
