Stx 550 keeps blowing silicone hose from throttle body to the turbo - have now gone back to factory rubber hose - hopefully that will fix it

When driving the car goes into emergency mode, and lose all power. If i stop and start the car or remove the fault code the car works fine again, but i never know for how long before it happens again. The fault code it goes into emergency mode from is P0478, and thats the only fault code i have. I have tried changing the sensor, EGR valve, and the tube from the turbo to the sensor is not clogged. Anyone know how to troubleshoot/fix the code P0478?
