Engine chek light is on and dosenot turn off, i cant find the problem

Was driving to pick my daughter up but prior to leaving my partner checked the coolant and oil levels and I left. After driving for just over half an hour suddenly my aircon in my car went muggy I was only few minutes away from my destination to collect my daughter when pulling into the shop where I was picking her up from the car all of a sudden started to over heat. I parked and shut the car off and opened the bonnet it was steaming. My navara d40 began to overheat and a pressure build up in my radiator and resovour bottle, i change radiator and cylinder head same issue. I then carry the cylinder head to pressure check and the head have 2 hairline crack. I bought a brand new head put it on it drove good for 3 days and began to still overheat and fulling up the resorvor bottle and my coolant coming out from the overflow line.
What can be my issue

My car just crank and don't start. What could be the problem? I just recently changed cylinder head and mains and begins.

Stx 550 keeps blowing silicone hose from throttle body to the turbo - have now gone back to factory rubber hose - hopefully that will fix it

When driving the car goes into emergency mode, and lose all power. If i stop and start the car or remove the fault code the car works fine again, but i never know for how long before it happens again. The fault code it goes into emergency mode from is P0478, and thats the only fault code i have. I have tried changing the sensor, EGR valve, and the tube from the turbo to the sensor is not clogged. Anyone know how to troubleshoot/fix the code P0478?

My Nissan Navara Tekna 2019 won’t turn off. Automatic stop/start. Tried disconnected by battery but still running. Can’t locate fuel pump fuse to stop fuel to engine. Anyone know where it is

Engine checklight is on. The truck cannot accelerate beyond 60 km/hr. Sometimes the engine just switches off on its own when travelling. It also can suddenly accelerate on its own
